SE RESUELVE: 

ARTÍCULO 1.- APROBAR LA LIQUIDACIÓN FINAL del Contrato N° 72-2015- MINAGRI-AGRO RURAL, suscrito para elaboración de cuatro (4) Expedientes Técnicos de los Proyectos: «MEJORAMIENTO DEL RESERVORIO LADERA I DEL DISTRITO DE CAIRANI, PROVINCIA DE CANDARAVE – REGION TACNA»; «MEJORAMIENTO DEL RESERVORIO CAPILLA PAMPA DEL DISTRITO DE CAIRANI, PROVINCIA DE CANDARAVE – REGIÓN TACNA»; «MEJORAMIENTO DEL RESERVORIO TAUCANI I DEL DISTRITO DE CAIRANI -CANDARAVE – TACNA» y «MEJORAMIENTO DEL RESERVORIO TAUCANI II DISTRITO DE CAIRANI – CANDARAVE – TACNA», a cargo de la empresa HZP CONSUL TORES E.I.R.L., por un monta total de inversion ascendente a S/. 296,000.00 (Doscientos Noventa y Seis Mil con 00/100 Soles), determinândose saldo a favor del Contratista, de S/. 0.91 (Cero con 91/100 soles) conforme al Anexo N° 01 que forma parte de la presente Resolución.
