SE RESUELVE:

Artículo Primero: Reconocer como crédito devengado a favor del CONSORCIO LUCANAS (integrado por CARMEN LILIANA MECHATO POLO y KILDARE MARK ALEGRE COLLAS) el importe total de S/83,993.58 (Ochenta y tres mil novecientos noventa y tres con 58/100 soles) correspondiente al Segundo Informe del Servicio de Consultoría para la Elaboración del Expediente Técnico del PIP: «MEJORAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA DE RIEGO RAQUINA, AMOCA Y HUECCOTO, DISTRITO DE LUCANAS, DEPARTAMENTO DE AYACUCHO», debiendo deducirse por otras penalidades la suma total de S/12,998.93 (Doce mil novecientos noventa y ocho con 93/100 soles).
