SE RESUELVE:

Artículo Primero: Reconocer como crédito devengado a favor del señor MOISES. ARTURO MISME MEDINA, el monto ascendente a la suma S/ 339,625.00 (Trescientos treinta y nueve mil seiscientos veinticinco con 00/100 soles) por la «ADQUISICIÓN DE SEMILLAS DE CEBADA (HORDEUM VULGARE), CULTIVAR UNA 96, CLASE NO CERTIFICADA EN ATENCIÓN AL D.S. N° 286-2017-EF», en cumplimiento del Contrato N° 103-2017-MINAGRI AGRO RURAL. Al crédito devengado reconocido deberá de aplicarse penalidad por atraso injustificado, la suma total de S/ 33,962.50 (Treinta y tres mil novecientos sesenta y dos con 50/100 soles) señalado en el Informe N° 592-2018-MINAGRI-DVDIAR-AGRO RURAL/DE/OAUAP.

Artículo Segundo: Encargar a las Unidades de Tesorería Y de Contabilidad el cumplimiento de la presente Resolución.
