SE RESUELVE:

Artículo Primero: Reconocer como crédito devengado a favor del contratista ZOCIMO VENEGAS ESPINOZA, el importe total de S/154,400.00 (Ciento cincuenta y cuatro mil cuatrocientos con 00/100 soles) correspondiente al Informe Nº 3 en cumplimiento del Contrato N° 243-2014-MINAGRI-AGRO RURAL, contratación del Servicio de Elaboración de Expediente Técnico del proyecto «CREACIÓN DE MINI REPRESAMIENTO DE LA QUEBRADA MISACANCHA Y MEJORAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA DE RIEGO HUAOCCEOCC – TOMAPAMPA – PALCCACANCHA – LARAMARCA, DISTRITO DE LARAMARCA – HUAYTARA – HUANCAVELICA», debiendo deducir por penalidad por la mora la suma total de S/25,173.90(Veinticinco mil ciento setenta y tres con 90/100 soles)
