SE RESUELVE:

 

ARTÍCULO   PRIMERO.–   APROBAR   la  Directiva  General  N°  0003-2021- MIDAGRI-DVDAFIR-AGRORURAL-DE denominada “LINEAMIENTOS   OPERATIVOS  PARA  LA  IMPLEMENTACIÓN  DE  LOS  MERCADOS  ITINERANTES  MIDAGRI”  y sus anexos  “PROTOCOLO    DE   BIOSEGURIDAD    PARA    LA    OPERACIÓN    DE   LOS  MERCADOS  ITINERANTES  MIDAGRI”   y  “FICHAS  DE  PROCESOS  PARA  LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN       DE     MERCADOS     ITINERANTES” ,   por   los   fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución Directoral Ejecutiva.

ARTÍCULO   SEGUNDO.–   NOTIFICAR   la   presente   Resolución   Directoral Ejecutiva  a  la  Dirección  de  Desarrollo  Agrario,  a  la  Oficina  de  Planificación  y Presupuesto  y a las Direcciones Zonales  para su conocimiento  y fines correspondientes.
